UMCOR School Kit Collection

The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) is in need of school kits to help children who lack access to books and essential school supplies.  Supplies were depleted at the start of the current school year. During the month of October, our service and missions committee will be collecting the materials for school kits and for hygiene kits , which is also in short supply.

**A note about cleaning buckets: Previously, in the month of October, our congregation hosted an opportunity to assemble cleaning buckets.  Western North Carolina Conference does not currently have a need for additional buckets and has asked us specifically to contribute school kits and hygiene kits at this time.
