Join us at FUMC Belmont in January as we go deep in our faith to live healthier, more fulfilling, Christ-centered lives in 2017.
We’ll be exploring the themes of Pete Scazzero’s book, Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, a revolutionary book that aims to awaken us to a biblical integration of emotional health, a relationship with Jesus, and the classic practices of contemplative spirituality. If you want to live a more balanced, centered, whole and holy life, plan now to join us in January!
Small groups are forming now!
Small-groups are forming now to carry the Emotionally Healthy Spirituality conversation beyond worship. Participants will have an opportunity to look deeper and on a personal level at how the book can make a difference in their life emotionally and spiritually. Groups will have weekly readings to guide their conversations as well as videos to watch together during their gathering time. We have groups meeting on Wednesday evenings, Thursday afternoons, a men’s group will be meeting on Thursday evenings and a group geared towards single moms which will determine their meeting time and place once participants register.
