January 12 – February 16 FUMC Belmont will host a print exhibition from The Saint John’s Bible. Having the exhibit at FUMC Belmont is an opportunity to be part of history in the making. The Bible is the first handwritten copy of the Bible produced since the invention of the printing press half a century ago. It revives a great tradition by which centuries of Christians before us learned and experienced the scriptures, and kept them alive for the world.
The exhibit will feature 17 prints from the Bible, and will be available and open to the public on Sundays until 5 p.m., Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and by appointment or special arrangement. For more information, reach the Rev. Ellen Robison, Minister of Worship and the Arts, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
